The on-ice training focuses on stickhandling (30 minutes), powerskating (30 minutes) as well as individual and tactical skills on a daily basis. Developping these three aspects of the game will make the athlete a complete player allowing him to focus on tactical aspects of the game without making costly mistakes.
In the weight room (60 minutes), our program will develop all the necessary muscles needed for a hockey player. A training program conceved by Mathieu Lefebvre ensures that the athlete will become a stronger player. This strenght will help the player win his battles along the boards, win his face-offs, use his speed to go around a player and make his presence felt in front of the net.
